We have no classes scheduled at the present time.

On June 23, 2008, Brett will be at the Barnes & Nobles Galleria in Edina as part of the Edesia Cookbook Review organized by baker, reporter, and author Kim Ode.  June's topic is "Making Meat"--smoking, charcuterie, etc.  We're covering the home smoker's side of things.
